Figma Prototypes

During my last job, I took the initiative to bring Figma to my teams. Prior to my arrival, most design was done through sketching and chatting. I introduced Figma to our process, bridging the gap between stakeholders and engineers with a simple design. This also allowed me to work on user testing and interviews in order to iterate to the best possible product before it was coded.

Workforce Wellbeing KPI

I led the development of an enterprise-wide Wellbeing Key Performance Indicator (KPI), designed to comprehensively evaluate our organization’s performance across various wellbeing dimensions. This KPI integrates data on leave, physical and mental health, lifestyle, and financial wellbeing, providing a holistic view of employee wellness and enabling data-driven strategies for improvement.

OpenDesk

OpenDesk, inspired by the concept of OpenTable, allows employees to reserve and share desks across different buildings within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). This tool is designed to reduce commute times by enabling employees to find available desks closer to their homes, thus enhancing work-life balance and productivity.

Guess Who?

Guess Who?, formerly known as Einstein and Xavier, is a powerful tool designed to identify employees with specialized skills within our organization. Utilizing extensive internal data, Xavier enables managers, employees, and specific teams to search for individuals who meet precise criteria, similar to Professor X(avier)’s Cerebro machine from the X-Men series.

Panel Assist

To streamline the promotion process, I developed Panel Assist, a tool that provides real-time analysis of employee evaluations during promotion panels. These panels, which can be either non-comparative (for junior employees) or competitive (for senior employees), benefit from the tool’s ability to deliver immediate insights into the experience and demographics of promoted individuals. This functionality helps identify and mitigate potential biases, saving significant time and effort in post-panel analysis.

Lease Lord

Lease Lord is an intuitive tool designed to help our department efficiently manage and track leases held by our company and partner organizations. Initially presented with a cumbersome Excel-based system, I created a user-friendly interface to streamline lease tracking and validation processes, significantly improving data accuracy and ease of use.
